PROBLEM
Patients seeking treatment in India, whether for critical illnesses or specialized procedures, need an effective way to schedule treatments and appointments with hospitals because the current process is often time-consuming and overwhelming, leading to anxiety for patients already facing a health crisis.
SOLUTION
I designed a user-friendly web tool that empowers patients to contact healthcare facilitators in India and after getting enough information, make informed decisions about their healthcare journeys. The tool offers several key features like :

RESEARCH
I Analyzed 4 competitors with some provided by the client, 2 direct competitors and 2 indirect competitors. I used features like, Pricing, User experience, Interaction, First Impression, Content; Tone, Descriptiveness.
DESIGN
Focusing on the functionality first, since the stakeholders already had their product requirements, I didn’t do a lot of ideation but I still made design decisions, I believed were going to help create a seamless navigation for the users. I got those features from the data collected from the competitive matrix ( The solutions already used in the market and the weaknesses the competitors have and we can take advantage of ). So, I created wireframes, to test the functionality and flow of the website, making sure the desired task is achieved seamlessly by sending to the stakeholders, getting feedbacks and Iterating

Although the result was a solid win but If I was chanced to, I will conduct another Usability test to ensure that my designs actually solved immediate users needs.
